ACOUSTICS - Taylor, Maton, Epiphone in MACGREGOR, Queensland for sale
Continuing the clearout of most of my guitars! Some I've had only or a short while, others longer.
Spent the better part of the last year hoarding and collecting some very lovely instruments - life situations are changing (read: marriage) so really need to thin the herd now to free up cash. Not the most fun activity but hoping these would go to great homes.
Everything is in great working condition & comes with original hardcases unless otherwise speciified.

Not keen on trades for now unless it's something really special.

- Cole Clark Angel 2 Redwood / Rosewood + CC 3-way Pre-amp - $1790
RRP $3,299 & AS NEW minus a couple of very minor player marks with a Cole Clark hard case! The Redwood / Rosewood combo is a cut above the rest and that is why they charge a premium for it.
Beautifully warm acoustically, and the 3-way pre-amp blend is hands down the best pre-amp on the market. True to the tone & cuts through any mix!
Set up by Rohan in April with the Guitar Shop in Paddington & plays like butter. Pick guard is a clear removable one that does not leave any residue.

- Taylor T5-S - $1990
Absolutely as new condition! Great hybrid acoustic. Every bit the quality that Taylor is normally associated with.
Full spruce top, semi hollow sapele body. Sweet acoustic tone and great bite too with the bridge pup.
- Maton Australian EA80 - $1490
Absolutely gorgeous older Maton Australian equipped with an APMic pre-amp. Possibly the nicest Blackwood back and sides I've ever seen!
As nice as Matons get out of the factory I think!
- Maton ECW80C - $1190
A really nice older warm Maton (before all the quality control issues kicked in) retro-fitted with an AP5 pickup (this costed $800!)
This guitar is amazing. Lots of honest player wear but nothing structural - really well looked after. It's that really great marriage with an older quality guitar and new technology.
- Maton EST60C Custom w/ AP5 - $1390
Custom made EST60C with select woods, beautiful block inlays.
Some finishing crack on the top but nothing structural.
Costed $4k to build! Comes with UXL Maton hard case.
- Epiphone Masterbilt EF-500RCCE - $750
a.k.a. Best guitar under $1,500 (RRP$1,499). It's true! Really well built / solid workhorse. Mint / AS NEW condition (I hardly played it!)
- Cole Clark Fat Lady 2 Acoustic / Electric - $750
Older model with the 2 way pre-amp. Around 10 years old and has been well played. No structural issues but plenty of player wear! No case for this one - just a gigbag.
If you're after a workhouse that is great value and sounds top of the line this is it!
- Ibanez Concord Made in Japan - $690
Ibanez's version of the Gibson Hummingbird. I think this qualifies as a "lawsuit" guitar not that it really matters - proof's in the tone!
Guitar is in brilliant condition for something made in the 70s, plays well - sounds awesome! Comes with generic hardcase in good nick as well
